Clemence’s background in biochemistry and immunology made her look closer into the formulation of cosmetics. She worked most recently in the Research and Development of cosmetics before joining the Naturity Planet's team.

He worked in positions related to international sales and product development, including Sales and Marketing Director, Chemicals Division Manager and Managing Director. Rolf started many years ago to research and develop Green Solvents for the international market and is one of the early advocates and forerunners for green and sustainable chemicals.
